“The Girlfriend Game”

Author and Hollywood television writer Nick Antosca gave a reading from his new book “The Girlfriend Game” at Book Soup on Thursday, September 12, 2013.  Nick told What Up Hollywood that this collection of short stories was 10 years in the making, and he finally realized that he had enough stories for a book.  In the meantime, Nick and his writing partner Ned Vizzini worked on some big television projects like Teen Wolf and The Last Resort.  Nick gives fans a behind the scenes look at how the writers on a network television show go about creating the show.  You can watch Nick on the video below, or click on the link to watch it directly on youtube.  “I’m 30 years old, and I have been writing for 29 years”, Nick laughingly told WhatUpHollywood in an exclusive interview.  “My mom still keeps the boxes of my scribblings and drawings from my early years,” he said.  Coming to Hollywood and working on a television series is a dream come true for Nick and his writing partner, Ned.   His enthusiasm gives inspiration to many others out across America who share the same dream.
