To Exhibit At Fourth Annual Event

Saturday, January 19th & Sunday, January 20th 2013

Bonhams Los Angeles, located at 760l W. Sunset Boulevard, six blocks east of Fairfax in West Hollywood, will be the new site for a two-day photographic fair featuring twenty-four internationally known dealers exhibiting l9th and 20th century photographic works by Ansel Adams, Eugene Atget, Ruth Bernhard. Walker Evans, Steve Fitch. Robert Frank, William Garnett, Andre Kertesz, Mark Klett, Dorothea Lange, Helen Levitt, Ray K. Metzker, Roger Minick, Daido Moriyama, Elliot Porter, Edward Weston, Brett Weston, Minor White, among others. In addition, historic and vernacular photographs will be for sale.

Classic Photographs Los Angeles is a relaxed and informal venue to purchase fine art photographs in a variety of price ranges from knowledgeable and reputable dealers in the field. The emphasis of the exhibition is on small-scale works of art representing the rich texture of photographic history.

Show Hours

Saturday, January 19th: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, January 20th: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

General Admission: $5.00

Ample free parking is available in two lots located directly behind Bonhams, as well as metered street parking.

Special events include book signings with Keith Davis and Jennifer Watts. In addition, noted photo conservator Gawain Weaver will be offering complementary XRF analysis to individuals who bring their own photographs to Classic Photographs Los Angeles. Come and spend the day with us.
